You must be available to be seen in-person if the doctor requests. - RAC appointments are ONLY for existing patients of Equinox Health family doctors with new, urgent health concerns. - Not for reviews of stable chronic health conditions or routine medication renewals. Contact your pharmacist for a medication extension if you will run out before your next appointment with your family doctor.
